Denver Environmental Health Certification involves a public health review of all processes used in the company to ensure manufacturing of the highest quality products.

Shelf Stability

Due to our refinement process, our products are guaranteed to be shelf stable by Denver Environmental Health and can be stored safely foe future use.

CDA Seed Registration

The Colorado Department of Agriculture has provided us with a seed registration. This allows us to ship and distribute seed to farmers across the country.

CDA Industrial Hemp Registration

The Colorado Department of Agriculture has provided us with an industrial hemp registration. This allows us to grow hemp on our 1,300+ acres right here in Colorado.

The U.S. Hemp Authority™ Certification

The U.S. Hemp Authority™ Certification Program is our industry’s initiative to provide high standards, best practices and self-regulation, giving confidence to consumers and law enforcement that hemp products are safe, and legal. In an effort funded by the US Hemp Roundtable, and joined by organizations such as the Hemp Industries Association, industry leading firms, top-tier testing laboratories, and quality assessors developed comprehensive guidance for growers and processors of hemp.

Leaping Bunny

The Leaping Bunny Logo is the only internationally recognized symbol guaranteeing consumers that no new animal tests were used in the development of any product displaying it. The Logo can be seen on packaging, advertising, and websites for cosmetics and household products around the world.


Hemp Industries Association (HIA)

The Hemp Industries Association (HIA) is a non-profit trade association representing more than one-thousand (1,000) supporters, farmers and business members serving the hemp industries since 1994.  The HIA stands for the fair and equal treatment of industrial hemp and it’s opportunities in agriculture and in the marketplace. The Association is dedicated to education, industry development, and the accelerated expansion of hemp world market supply and demand but is focused on the rebirth of the hemp industries in the United States.

National Hemp Association (gold member)

The National Hemp Association is a non-profit corporation created to encouraging trade and discourse among hemp professionals. We are dedicated to the development of the domestic industrial hemp industry. This goal will be attained by coordinating legislation, agricultural organizations, farmers, processors, manufacturers, and retailers. The promotion of the industrial hemp industry is congruent with the desire to improve the environment through production and utilization of hemp farming and products. We see a direct relationship between the products we use and stewardship of the land.
